We offer a 15-day return window for all REDMAGIC devices to ensure you are completely satisfied with your high-performance gaming gear. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Submit a Return Request

  Log in to your REDMAGIC account and navigate to 'My Orders' to submit a formal return request within 15 days of delivery.

  Wait for Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your device in its original box with all components and affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
